COWS EAR TAG - SECOND GEN.

The second-generation cow ear tag system was developed to predict optimal breeding timing by analyzing the cow’s unique ruminating vibration signatures. The project aimed to simplify the manufacturing process, which previously relied on a complex sealing method, while improving cow identification through more evident visual indicators.
I led the development of the second generation, overseeing the validation of a novel sealing technology and assessing the visibility of the indicators in daylight. These efforts resulted in a streamlined manufacturing process and a successful product that enhanced both functionality and usability.
